النفطي يجري لقاءً مع نظيره الأردني

تونس.. أجرى محمد علي النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، اليوم 20 جانفي 2026، لقاءً مع نظيره الأردني، معالي السيد أيمن الصفدي، نائب رئيس الوزراء ووزير الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين، تم خلاله التأكيد على عمق الروابط التاريخية التي تجمع بين البلدين والشعبين الشقيقين.

وترأس الوزيران جلسة مباحثات تناولت مسيرة التعاون الثنائي في مختلف المجالات وسبل مزيد تعزيزها، والقضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.

وشكّلت هذه الجلسة فرصة لتأكيد حرص الجانبين على تجسيم الإرادة السياسية الراسخة لقيادتي البلدين الشقيقين للمُضيّ قُدُما في دعم علاقات الأخوّة والتعاون والارتقاء بها إلى أرفع المراتب. كما كانت مناسبة للتنويه بالحركيّة التي تشهدها العلاقات الثنائية بين تونس والأردن، واستعراض أوجه التعاون القائمة بينهما. وتمّ التأكيد على ضرورة الاستفادة من فرص التعاون الواعدة المتاحة في عديد القطاعات، على غرار السياحة وتكنولوجيات الاتصال والفلاحة والصناعة والنقل والصحة والتكوين المهني، والرفع في حجم المبادلات التجارية من مختلف المواد الغذائية والفلاحية، لا سيما زيت الزيتون التونسي والصناعات الدوائية. وفي هذا الصدد، تمّ الاتفاق على ضبط خطة عمل خلال الأسابيع القادمة، لبلورة مشاريع عملية للتعاون في المجالات المذكورة، من أجل إعطاء مزيد من الزخم للعلاقات الدبلوماسية، والتي يحتفل البلدان بمرور 70 سنة على إقامتها هذه السنة.
وأكد الوزيران على أن الجاليتين التونسية والأردنية المقيمتين في كلا البلدين تشكّلان جسر تواصل متين، يربط البلدين الشقيقين، وعمادا لديمومة هذه العلاقات.
كما تناول الوزيران التحديات التي تفرضها التطورات الدولية والإقليمية المتسارعة وما تتطلبه من ضرورة التنسيق المُحكم والتضامن بين الجانبين لمواجهتها، بما يُسهم في ترسيخ ركائز الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة.
وتمّ في هذا الإطار، تسجيل التقارب الكبير في وجهات النظر إزاء مجمل القضايا المطروحة، وفي مقدمتها القضية الفلسطينية.
وفي هذا السياق، شدّد الجانب التونسي على موقف بلادنا المبدئي الداعم للشعب الفلسطيني الشقيق ولحقّه في تقرير مصيره وفي نضاله من أجل استعادة حقوقه التاريخية المشروعة كاملة وإقامة دولته المستقلة على كامل أرضه وعاصمتها القدس الشريف.
ووقّع الوزيران، بهذه المناسبة، مذكرة تفاهم بين الأكاديمية الدبلوماسية الدولية بتونس والمعهد الدبلوماسي الأردني، تهدف بالخصوص إلى دعم التعاون في مجال التكوين الدبلوماسي، والبحوث حول العلاقات الدولية، وتدريس اللغات الأجنبية.

Dans le cadre de la visite de travail qu’il effectue au Royaume Hachémite de Jordanie frère, M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, a tenu, aujourd’hui 20 janvier 2026, une rencontre avec son homologue jordanien, Son Excellence M. Ayman Safadi, Vice-Premier Ministre et Ministre des Affaires Etrangères et des Expatriés, au cours de laquelle a été réaffirmée la profondeur des liens historiques unissant les deux pays et les deux peuples frères.
Les deux Ministres ont coprésidé une séance de travail consacrée à l’évolution de la coopération bilatérale dans divers domaines et aux moyens de la renforcer davantage, ainsi qu’aux questions d’intérêt commun aux niveaux régional et international.
Cette séance a constitué une occasion de réaffirmer la volonté des deux parties de concrétiser la ferme détermination politique des dirigeants des deux pays frères à poursuivre le renforcement des relations de fraternité et de coopération et à les hisser aux plus hauts niveaux. Elle a également permis de saluer la dynamique positive que connaissent les relations bilatérales entre la Tunisie et la Jordanie et de passer en revue les domaines de coopération existants entre les deux pays. Il a été souligné la nécessité de tirer parti des opportunités prometteuses de coopération dans de nombreux secteurs, notamment le tourisme, les Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication, l’agriculture, l’industrie, le transport, la santé et la formation professionnelle, outre l’importance d’accroître le volume des échanges commerciaux de divers produits alimentaires et agricoles, en particulier l’huile d’olive tunisienne et les produits pharmaceutiques. À cet égard, il a été convenu d’élaborer, au cours des prochaines semaines, un plan d’action visant à concrétiser des projets de coopération opérationnels dans les domaines précités, afin d’insuffler un nouvel élan aux relations diplomatiques, à l’occasion du 70ᵉ anniversaire de leur établissement célébré cette année.
Les deux Ministres ont également souligné que les communautés tunisienne et jordanienne résidant dans les deux pays constituent un solide pont de communication reliant les deux pays frères et un pilier essentiel de la pérennité de ces relations.
Par ailleurs, les Ministres ont examiné les défis posés par l’accélération de l’évolution des événements sur les scènes internationale et régionale et la nécessité d’une coordination étroite et d’une solidarité entre les deux parties pour y faire face, contribuant ainsi à la consolidation des fondements de la sécurité et de la stabilité dans la région. Dans ce cadre, une large convergence de vues a été constatée concernant l’ensemble des questions abordées, au premier rang desquelles la question palestinienne.
À ce sujet, la partie tunisienne a réaffirmé la position de principe de notre pays en soutien au peuple palestinien frère, à son droit à l’autodétermination et à sa lutte pour le recouvrement de l’ensemble de ses droits historiques légitimes et l’établissement de son État indépendant sur l’intégralité de son territoire, avec Al-Qods Al-Charif pour capitale.
À cette occasion, les deux Ministres ont signé un Mémorandum d’Entente entre l’Académie Diplomatique Internationale de Tunis et l’Institut Diplomatique Jordanien, visant notamment à soutenir la coopération dans les domaines de la formation diplomatique, de la recherche en relations internationales et de l’enseignement des langues étrangères.

Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, held a meeting today, 20 January 2026, with his Jordanian counterpart, His Excellency Mr. Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, during his working visit to the brotherly Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The meeting reaffirmed the depth of the historic ties binding the two countries and brotherly peoples.

The two Ministers chaired a working session that addressed the evolution of bilateral cooperation in various fields and ways to further strengthen it, as well as issues of common interest at the regional and international levels.

This session provided an opportunity to reaffirm both sides’ keenness to embody the steadfast political will of the two brotherly countries’ leaderships to move forward in supporting relations of brotherhood and cooperation and elevating them to the highest levels. It also highlighted the dynamism characterizing bilateral relations between Tunisia and Jordan, and reviewed the existing areas of cooperation between them. Emphasis was placed on the need to capitalize on the promising opportunities for cooperation available in numerous sectors, such as tourism, information and communication technologies, agriculture, industry, transport, health, and vocational training, as well as the importance of increasing the volume of trade exchanges in various food and agricultural products, particularly Tunisian olive oil and pharmaceutical industries. In this regard, an agreement was reached to draw up an action plan in the coming weeks to crystallize practical cooperation projects in the aforementioned fields, with a view to giving further impetus to diplomatic relations, which the two countries are celebrating the 70th anniversary this year.

The two Ministers affirmed that the Tunisian and Jordanian communities residing in both countries constitute a solid bridge of communication linking the two brotherly countries and a mainstay for the continuity of these relations.

They also addressed the challenges imposed by rapidly evolving international and regional developments and the need for close coordination and solidarity between the two sides to confront them, thereby contributing to consolidating the foundations of security and stability in the region.

In this framework, broad convergence of views was noted on all issues raised, foremost among them the Palestinian cause.

In this context, the Tunisian side reiterated our country’s principled position in support of the brotherly Palestinian people, its right to self-determination, and its struggle to recover all its legitimate historic rights and establish its independent State on its entire territory with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.

On this occasion, the two Ministers signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the International Diplomatic Academy of Tunisia and the Jordanian Diplomatic Institute, aiming in particular at supporting cooperation in the field of diplomatic training, research on international relations, and the teaching of foreign languages.
