على إثر الأحداث الخطيرة الذي تشهدها منطقة الخليج العربي والشرق الأوسط، وفي إطار المتابعة الدقيقة والمست تومرة لتطورات الأوضاع، أشرف السيد محمد علي النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، اليوم 2 مارس 2026، بحضور السيد كاتب الدولة وعدد من إطارات الوزارة، على اجتماع عن بعد مع رؤساء البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية التونسية المعتمدة لدى الدول المعنية.
وقد خُصّص الاجتماع للاطلاع على مدى جاهزية البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية للتعامل مع مختلف المستجدات، واتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات استباقية لضمان سلامة أفراد الجالية التونسية المقيمة بتلك الدول بالتنسيق مع سلطات بلدان الاعتماد.
وأكد الوزير على ضرورة الرفع من درجة اليقظة وتعزيز التواصل المباشر والدائم مع أبناء الجالية، وتحيين خطط الطوارئ وفق تطور الأوضاع، مع إحكام التنسيق مع سلطات دول الاعتماد وكافة البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية التونسية بالمنطقة بما يكفل حماية المصالح التونسية.
وتوجه وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج بهذه المناسبة بنداء إلى كافة أفراد الجالية التونسية بالدول المعنية إلى الالتزام بأقصى درجات الحيطة والحذر، والتقيد بتعليمات السلطات المحلية، والمبادرة بالتسجيل لدى البعثات الدبلوماسية والقنصلية بالنسبة لمن لم يستكملوا إجراءات تسجيلهم، إلى جانب تحيين معطيات الاتصال الخاصة بهم بصفة منتظمة، بما يمكّن من ضمان سرعة التدخل عند الاقتضاء.
وأشار الوزير إلى أن خلية الأزمة التي تم إحداثها صلب الوزارة تعمل على مدار الساعة، وتتولى المتابعة الحينية للأوضاع والتنسيق المستمر مع بعثاتنا الدبلوماسية والقنصلية بالخارج. وقد تم تخصيص رقمي هاتف طوارئ (98317530 و92998087) لتلقي استفسارات ومشاغل أفراد الجالية وتقديم الإحاطة اللازمة لهم.
وخلص الاجتماع إلى التأكيد بأن وزارة الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج ستظل متابعة لتطور الأوضاع عن كثب وحريصة على اتخاذ كافة التدابير الضرورية لحماية التونسيين بالخارج وصون مصالحهم، وفق ما تقتضيه تطورات المرحلة.

Suite aux événements graves que connaît la région du Golfe arabe et du Moyen-Orient, et dans le cadre du suivi minutieux et continu de l’évolution de la situation, M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, a présidé aujourd’hui, 2 mars 2026, en présence de M. le Secrétaire d’État et de plusieurs cadres du Ministère, une réunion en ligne avec les Chefs des Missions Diplomatiques et Consulaires tunisiennes accréditées auprès des pays concernés.
La réunion a été consacrée à l’évaluation du niveau de préparation des Missions Diplomatiques et Consulaires pour faire face aux différents développements, ainsi qu’à l’adoption des mesures préventives nécessaires afin de garantir la sécurité des membres de la communauté tunisienne résidant dans ces pays, en coordination avec les autorités des pays d’accueil.
M. le Ministre a souligné la nécessité de renforcer le niveau de vigilance et d’intensifier la communication directe et permanente avec les membres de la communauté, de mettre à jour les plans d’urgence en fonction de l’évolution de la situation, et d’assurer une coordination étroite avec les autorités des pays d’accueil ainsi qu’avec l’ensemble des Missions Diplomatiques et Consulaires tunisiennes dans la région, afin de garantir la protection des intérêts tunisiens.
À cette occasion, M. le Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger a lancé un appel à tous les membres de la communauté tunisienne dans les pays concernés pour qu’ils fassent preuve de la plus grande prudence, respectent les consignes des autorités locales et procèdent à leur inscription auprès des Missions Diplomatiques et Consulaires pour ceux qui ne l’ont pas encore fait, tout en veillant à mettre régulièrement à jour leurs coordonnées afin de permettre une intervention rapide en cas de besoin.
M. le Ministre a également indiqué que la cellule de crise mise en place au sein du Ministère fonctionne 24 heures sur 24 et assure un suivi en temps réel de la situation, ainsi qu’une coordination continue avec nos Missions Diplomatiques et Consulaires à l’étranger. Deux numéros d’urgence (98317530 et 92998087) ont été mis à disposition pour recevoir les demandes et préoccupations des membres de la communauté et leur fournir l’assistance nécessaire.
La réunion s’est conclue en réaffirmant que le Ministère des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger continuera de suivre de près l’évolution de la situation et de prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires pour protéger les Tunisiens à l’étranger et préserver leurs intérêts, conformément aux exigences de la situation.

Following of the serious developments unfolding in the Gulf region and the Middle East, and as part of the Ministry’s close and continuous monitoring of the situation, Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, chaired today, 2 March 2026, in the presence of the Secretary of State and a number of Ministry senior officials, an online meeting with the Heads of Tunisian Diplomatic and Consular Missions accredited to the countries concerned.
The meeting focused on reviewing the readiness of Tunisia’s Diplomatic and Consular Missions to deal with emerging developments and on taking the necessary proactive measures to ensure the safety of Tunisian community residing in those countries, in coordination with the authorities of the host countries.
The Minister stressed the need to raise the level of vigilance, strengthen direct and ongoing communication with members of the Tunisian community, and update contingency plans in accordance with the developments, while ensuring close coordination with the authorities of the host countries and with all Tunisian Diplomatic and Consular Missions in the region, so as to safeguard Tunisian interests.
On this occasion, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad called on all Tunisian community in the countries concerned to exercise the utmost caution, comply with the instructions of local authorities, and register with the relevant Diplomatic and Consular Missions if they have not yet completed their registration procedures, as well as to regularly update their contact details, thereby ensuring rapid intervention when necessary.
The Minister noted that the Crisis Cell established within the Ministry operates around the clock, ensuring real-time monitoring of developments and continuous coordination with Tunisia’s Diplomatic and Consular Missions abroad. Two emergency telephone numbers have been designated (98317530 and 92998087) to receive inquiries and concerns from members of the Tunisian community and to provide them with the necessary assistance.
The meeting concluded by reaffirming that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad will continue to closely follow developments and remain committed to taking all necessary measures to protect Tunisians abroad and safeguard their interests, in accordance with evolving circumstances.
