علي النفطي يستقبل سفير نيكارغو لتقديم أوراق اعتماده لدى الجمهورية التونسية مع الإقامة بالجزائر 

استقبل السيد محمد علي النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، اليوم الجمعة 16 جانفي 2026، السيد Carlos Eduardo Diaz Moreira، الذي قدّم له نسخة من أوراق اعتماده كسفير لجمهورية نيكارغوا لدى الجمهورية التونسية مع الإقامة بالجزائر.

ومثّل اللقاء مناسبة لتأكيد متانة علاقات الصداقة التي تجمع البلدين وتعززت منذ إمضاء إتفاقية إرساء العلاقات الدبلوماسية، حيث أكّد الوزير استعداد الوزارة لتوفير الدعم للسفير في أداء مهامه في أحسن الظروف، بما يُمكّن من مزيد تمتين التعاون الثنائي وتوسيع نطاقه في المجالات الدبلوماسية والاقتصادية والتجارية والثقافية، ويفتح آفاقاً جديدة للعلاقات بين البلدين.

من جانبه، عبّر السفير النيكارغوي عن اعتزازه بتولي مهامه بتونس، مشيدا بعمق العلاقات التي تجمع البلدين ومجددا التأكيد على حرص بلاده على مزيد توطيد أواصر الصداقة وتمتين وتوسيع علاقات التعاون القائمة مع تونس، من خلال تكثيف الزيارات رفيعة المستوى وتكثيف الجهود المشتركة من أجل الارتقاء بالتعاون الثنائي وتنويعه على مختلف الأصعدة وفي جميع المجالات.
وتم الاتفاق على برنامج تعاون قصير ومتوسط المدى يمكن الشروع في إنجازه في غضون الأشهر المقبلة.

M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, a reçu, ce vendredi 16 janvier 2026, M. Carlos Eduardo Diaz Moreira, qui lui a remis une copie figurée de ses Lettres de Créance en qualité d’Ambassadeur de la République du Nicaragua auprès de la République Tunisienne, avec résidence à Alger.
Cette rencontre a permis de souligner la solidité des relations d’amitié et de coopération liant la République Tunisienne et la République du Nicaragua, lesquelles se sont consolidées depuis la signature de l’Accord portant établissement des relations diplomatiques. À cette occasion, le Ministre a réaffirmé la disponibilité du Département à apporter à l’Ambassadeur tout l’appui requis afin de lui permettre de s’acquitter de sa mission dans les meilleures conditions, en vue de renforcer davantage la coopération bilatérale et d’en élargir les horizons dans les domaines diplomatique, économique, commercial et culturel, ouvrant ainsi de nouvelles perspectives aux relations entre les deux pays.
De son côté, l’Ambassadeur de la République du Nicaragua a exprimé sa haute considération et sa fierté d’assumer ses fonctions auprès de la République Tunisienne. Il a salué la qualité et la profondeur des relations bilatérales, tout en réitérant la ferme volonté de son pays de poursuivre le renforcement des liens d’amitié, ainsi que de consolider et d’élargir les relations de coopération existantes avec la Tunisie, notamment à travers l’intensification des visites de haut niveau et le renforcement des efforts conjoints visant la promotion de la coopération bilatérale et sa diversification dans l’ensemble des domaines d’intérêt commun.
Il a été convenu d’élaborer et de mettre en œuvre un programme de coopération à court et moyen termes, dont l’exécution pourrait être engagée au cours des prochains mois.

Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, received, on Friday, January 16, 2026, Mr. Carlos Eduardo Diaz Moreira, who presented him with a copy of his Credentials as Ambassador of the Republic of Nicaragua to the Republic of Tunisia, with residence in Algiers.
The meeting provided an opportunity to highlight the strength and depth of the friendly relations and cooperation binding the Republic of Tunisia and the Republic of Nicaragua, which have been consolidated since the signing of the Agreement establishing diplomatic relations. On this occasion, the Minister reaffirmed the Department’s readiness to extend to the Ambassador all the necessary support to enable him to carry out his mission under the best possible conditions, with a view to further strengthening bilateral cooperation and expanding its horizons in the diplomatic, economic, trade and cultural fields, thus opening new prospects for relations between the two countries.
For his part, the Ambassador of the Republic of Nicaragua expressed his high appreciation and pride in assuming his duties in the Republic of Tunisia. He commended the quality and depth of bilateral relations, while reiterating his country’s firm determination to continue strengthening the bonds of friendship, as well as to consolidate and expand existing cooperation relations with Tunisia, notably through the intensification of high-level visits and the strengthening joint efforts aiming at promoting and diversifying bilateral cooperation across all areas of common interest.
In this regard, it was agreed to elaborate and implement a short- and medium-term cooperation program, the execution of which could be initiated in the coming months.
